My Diamond Discussion is on building long lasting client relationships and provided 5 tips on how to do so. I chose this topic because as a Client Success Manager it something that is important to my role and the integrity of our company. Diamond has always focused on the logic that it is important to cultivate and nurture customer relationships. Developing strong connections with our customers can lead to loyal clients, positive word of mouth, and increased sales. We have seen time over time that because of our reputation in the industry and the strength of our relationships, that even during a pandemic we are able to keep our current customers and gain new ones!
