What started as a small idea planned out on my family’s living room floor has grown into Diamond Media Solutions, a Florida-based, woman-owned advertising agency with more than 20 years of experience. Our goal is to deliver tailored, cost-effective, and agile solutions to meet our clients’ advertising needs across diverse media channels.

We like to say that we are the smallest largest agency you have likely never heard of.  We built our business working with the top agencies and brands in the US and looking forward to bringing that experience to you!

The Important Stuff

Diamond Media Solutions didn’t just get its name by chance, it was inspired by the iconic Mitsubishi diamonds. With deep family roots in Automotive, our founder, Steve Hill, launched DMS after his time at a Florida Mitsubishi Dealership. While the Marketing Director he took the store to #3 and #8 in the United States both for new and used car sales. 

His marketing approach quickly set the dealership apart from competitors, proving that the right mix of creativity and execution could drive measurable results. 

As word of his success spread, competitors tried to poach him and market exces at Mitsubishi encouraged him to open up his own agency.

Carrying forward the “diamond” as a symbol of strength, precision, and clarity, Diamond Media Solutions was founded to bring that same level of excellence to every client partnership.

Steve Hill, a one of a kind out-of-the-box creative thinker, approached every advertising campagins with the same level of “Go Big or Go Home” enthusiasm and “Let’s Get’r Done” attitude. Known for his many “Steveisms” but his founding philosophy for Diamond Media Solutions was simple but powerful:

“Diamondize It”

Meaning every client deserves it to be better, bigger, and uniquly theirs, so they too can “Ring The Bell”. 

But Steve was more than just a marketing mind, he was a leader who believed in people first. His favorite Steveism, “There’s nothing a beer can’t fix,” reflected his down-to-earth belief that every challenge has a solution when you approach it with a positive mindset and collaboration because no matter what he believed that, “I Am Blessed”.

Steve’s legacy of innovation, grit, and creativity lives on in every campaign we deliver at Diamond Media Solutions.

Jayme Hill-Gardner grew up in the marketing business where she began flipping hot dogs at client events and has worked within every department until taking over the company in 2023. Over her career she has worked hand-in-hand with the largest names in multiple industries including Chase, Publix, Automotive Manufactures Stellantis and KIA, Geico, Verizon, eBay, and publicly traded automotive groups.

From those early days, marketing wasn’t just a career path, it became her academic work. She earned her master’s degree in Strategic Communication, focusing on how consumer reviews impact the purchasing decisions.  She has multiple publications, including “The Sage Encyclopedia of the Internet” for Emojis and Emoticons. 

Today, she carries forward Diamond’s legacy while forging its future. She’s known for her relentless drive for growth and her own-ism “It Should Be Easy” ability to see opportunities where others see obstacles. With a focus on seeking out new ideas  Jayme ensures Diamond Media Solutions continues to deliver unmatched results for every clients.
