Yes. One full deployment (up to 1M emails) + redeployment is included at no cost.

What types of campaigns qualify?

how long does the process from order to deployment take?

We can turn campaigns in as little as a business day but for inital campaign launches we request 7 days to make sure we are able to complete any customizations we need prior to deployment. 

how soon can we deploy?

Deployments can go live within 2 business days after live test approval.

Do we keep the data?

Retailers recieve reporting and engagment insignts, but consumer records remain proprietary to DMS. 

What is the Process?

  1. Choose Your Promotion: You decide on the offer and deployment date.
  2. We Build Your Audiences: Using your ICP and Geo targeting, and layer on purchase cycle information we create a custom audience profile.
  3. Complete Creative & HTML Process: We can help with the creative process or work from the approved creative and complete the HTML for you. 
  4. Email QA, Testing, & Approvals: We complete and internal test against 100+ email platforms and once internally approved, we send a live test to you and your team. 
  5. Initial Email Deployment: We find the best days to deploy are Tuesday or Wednesday.
  6. Recieve Inital Deployment Stats: We send out initial stats 3 days after the campaign launches.
  7. Redeploy to the Openers: Typically sent out 7 or 14 days after the first deployment. Can be sent out sooner, but longer time frames are not recommended due to diminished returns.
  8. Full Campaign Reporting: 7 days after the initial deployment we will collect the final reporting and sent them back for review.
